At Kodo Pilates, we are dedicated to providing a bespoke and seamless Reformer Pilates experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness:

• Class Passes: All class passes for 1-2-1 and duo Reformer Pilates sessions are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

​

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases): For purchases made online or remotely, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund for unused passes only, subject to a 10% processing fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

​

• Cancellations by Clients: If you cancel a booking with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the class, the pass remains valid for a future session. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the pass being forfeited.

​

• Cancellations by Kodo Pilates: If we cancel a class, you will be offered a rescheduled session or the pass will remain valid for a future class at no additional cost.

​

• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases such as serious illness, we may review cancellations at our discretion.
